Description (exterior)

This is a modern brick and harl building, with a tiled roof and painted details. The east elevation is composed of three bays, the central one of which is advanced. On the north side of this central bay there is a recessed porch area which is accessed by shallow brick built steps; the opening to the porch area is covered by locked metal gates. On the southern half of the central bay there are three small square windows with dark wooden frames. In both the northern and southern set back bays there are three square windows with dark wooden frames.

On the south wall a square headed single leaf timber door is set at the top of a small flight of shallow brick built steps. The gable head is covered with timber panelling which slopes outwards to edges of the wall from the apex. On the west face there are four square windows with dark wooden timber frames.

Advanced from the eastern side of the north gable is a lower gabled bay; on the eastern side of the building this forms the northern setback bay. On the return to the west of this bay there is a porch area with an overhanging roof which is enclosed by a narrow brick wall and locked metal gates. Inside the porch, in the face of the building, there is a two leaf square headed timber door with a notice board set beside it.
