Introduction
This church on Haddington Crescent was opened in 1969 as part of a Church Extension charge to serve the new local authority housing area of Whitfield, constructed between 1967 and 1975.
Description
The church, hall and other offices are arranged in an L-shaped complex, with a slender brown brick spire showing a cross on one face in the centre of the complex. The white plastered buildings are functionalist in design.
